Weis Markets publishes its inbound freight chargeback schedule in Appendix J of its routing guide, and both the 2018-04-15 and 2025-09-01 editions are public documents. This page sets them side by side: every fee, from both, quoted from the document it appears in.
The arithmetic that follows from this. Anyone pricing a Weis deduction against the 2018 edition would understate 22 of the 31 repriced fees by exactly half. That is not a prediction or an allegation; it is subtraction on two tables Weis published itself.
It is worth saying plainly that publishing a current, dated fee schedule at all is the good behaviour here. Walmart, Target and Amazon publish no vendor fee amounts anywhere, and several retailers publish their requirements with no prices attached at all — for any of them this comparison is impossible, because there is no document to compare. Weis can be checked to the dollar precisely because Weis publishes to the dollar.
The 2018-04-15 column is the superseded schedule; the 2025-09-01 column is current. Sorted by the current amount.

$150 in 2018, $400 in 2025 — a 167% increase, against a schedule where 22 of the other repriced violations exactly doubled.

The 2018 edition published this violation with no amount. The 2025 edition states $300. That is a fee becoming quotable rather than a fee appearing — the obligation was already published.

Unchanged at $15 per shipment between the 4/15/2018 and 9/1/2025 editions — the only published Weis fee that did not move. Identical wording, identical amount, 7 years apart. It is here because a changelog that lists only what changed is not a changelog.
“The scheduling fee is $15 per shipment. This fee is applicable to all TL (Truckload), Temperature Controlled LTL (Less Than Truckload) and Non-Preferred LTL Carrier shipments.”2018-04-15 — Weis Markets Inbound Freight Compliance & Routing Guide (Effective 4/15/2018, superseded)

These rule numbers are absent from the 2018-04-15 edition entirely. They are new published obligations, not repriced ones.

Quotes are reproduced exactly as the documents' own text layers render them. The 2018 PDF spaces letters inside words in its fee table, and both editions contain the occasional typographical slip of their own; neither has been tidied up here, because a quote that has been corrected is no longer a quote you can check against the source. Every amount above was read out of the quote beside it.
Effective dates are the ones the documents state. A fee is not overwritten when it changes — the superseded record is kept, which is the only reason this comparison can be made at all. Requirements change; confirm against the retailer's current document before acting on any figure.
Their fee schedules are not published anywhere, so they can only be learned from chargebacks suppliers actually receive. That may never be something we can cover — leave an email and you'll hear if it changes.
