What this can never check. Receiving-dock outcomes — damage
found at the dock, overage discovered on arrival, unloading time, a load rejected on
inspection. Those trigger on an observation only the retailer can make, so no
pre-dispatch tool can price them and this one does not pretend to. It covers the
document- and data-borne obligations a supplier can verify before dispatch.
Walmart, Target and Amazon publish nothing.
Their fee schedules are not published anywhere, so they can only be
learned from chargebacks suppliers actually receive. That may never be something we can
cover — leave an email and you'll hear if it changes.
